Restorative Flow – Meditation & Wellbeing

Take time for yourself with our gentle six-week programme combining restorative movement, breathwork and guided meditation. Release tension, calm your mind and restore balance. All levels welcome, with no previous experience necessary.

Starts: Tuesday, 6th October at 11am
