Rachel Pilkington is an award-winning Irish actor with 27 years of experience across film,television & theatre. She is best known for her roles on The Clinic, Glenroe & Fair City.
She has also recently trained to become a Wellbeing Co-ordinator in the Screen Sector.
"My primary objective with this workshop is for participants to have a lot of fun first and foremost. It's suitable for adults of all levels; previous acting experience is not required. Together we'll explore the importance of finding truth in a scene and when embodying a character. There will be a strong emphasis on improvisation, confidence-enhancement, quick-thinking, active listening and the development of social skills and creativity in an inclusive and respectful environment."
